What we are exploring
AI can accelerate production, but useful public work still depends on judgment, sourcing, craft, collaboration, distribution, and review. Dark Factory tests that full process by helping participants ship a concrete educational artifact and document a reusable workflow.

Program details
The challenge
Create and publish an educational artifact that makes a complex Web3, AI, coordination, or digital-culture topic easier to understand. Possible formats include interactive articles, animations, games, decks, toolkits, web experiences, videos, and source-grounded agents.
How we will work
The current program shape combines kickoff and expectation-setting, focused educational or roundtable sessions, collaborative production supported by office hours, distribution and lightweight measurement, then a showcase and retrospective. Exact session dates remain under review.
What participants learn
Participants will move from audience and idea selection through source gathering, framing, production, publication, distribution, and performance review. The cohort emphasizes transferable tool-selection skills alongside practical RaidGuild workflows.
What success looks like
Five active participants is an acceptable cohort and ten is a strong result. Success also means participants ship reviewable work, document sources and process, and produce at least one artifact or workflow suitable for wider Portal promotion after human review.
Review and guardrails
Shared access, sandbox, moderation, attribution, copyright, privacy, factual review, and promotion rules must be finalized before collaborative production begins. Cohort work only graduates into wider public channels after human review.
