Index Experiment Kickoff: Meet the Team

Meet the builders, designers, and strategists joining this Index × RaidGuild experiment. Brief intro to how agent-assisted team formation works, pick a role across the project lifecycle, and set a shared open-source AI / agent tooling goal. First of two short opening sessions; the rest of the month is mostly async.
