Travis McCutcheon joined the June cohort fireside to discuss AI workflows, forward-deployed development, and team coordination around agentic tools. The session covered his work with Syncrobe and a recent client engagement that connected an MCP server to Microsoft 365 systems such as OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint to support custom workflows and skills. The group also discussed why companies need cleaner data, files, processes, usage cycles, and success metrics before AI agents can reliably improve day-to-day work.
