I'm a Lead Product Manager at a digital strategy and design shop that also helps develop software. Before this, I worked at four consecutive start-ups as a developer, product manager, and Agile coach. Two orgs were SaaS products supporting Customer Service Reps for various Mobile Network Operators (VZW, Telus, GoogleFi, Asurion) and the other two were blockchain groups where I helped launch two dApps (social network, then pivoted to NFT marketplace) under the same name. I've primarily built on the eosio protocol, but strongly believe in the community and future of EVM-focused endeavors and want to get more exposure in the space. On the side, I am taking classes to master Figma so I can start serving a hybrid role between product management and design, plus nobody is ever looking for "just product people" on smaller collabs 😅. At heart, my greatest strength is as a coach and organizational designer. I'm great at shaping and refining teams to break down communication barriers and set up processes to automate decisions where possible. My only other current hustle is that I instruct yoga a couple of times a week and am working on my RYT300 to be eligible to lead retreats 🌴.
