Repeatable service offering: AI-assisted operations, knowledge management, and community OS for organizations facing skill/process asymmetry — not just information asymmetry. Originally surfaced as AI-assisted protocol maintenance (DAOhaus case study); expanded May 26 to cover broader organizational pains: brain drain, bad knowledge transfer, undocumented workflows, AI tooling anxiety, and dependence on super-user black boxes. Targets protocols, DAOs, and orgs that cannot sustain large active teams. Proof-of-concept: DAOhaus modernization (bug triage → fix proposals → PRs → human review → merge/deploy via Prism/Superprison-style workflows). Status: Qualified.
